1. The service
Cherry Comet is automated website visibility software. A one-time payment purchases one scan of one public website URL and a resulting report covering Google SEO readiness, AI visibility readiness, SSL, and selected technical signals.
2. Permission to scan
By submitting a URL, you confirm that the website is publicly accessible and that you are authorized to request the scan. You may not use Cherry Comet to probe private systems, internal networks, unlawful content, or websites in a manner that violates another party’s rights.
3. No ranking or recommendation guarantee
Scores and recommendations are diagnostic estimates based on information available at scan time. Cherry Comet does not guarantee Google rankings, search traffic, indexing, AI citations, AI recommendations, sales, security, accessibility compliance, or business outcomes.
4. Customer responsibility
You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations before implementing them. Cherry Comet is not a substitute for legal, security, accessibility, financial, or professional SEO advice.
5. Payments
The displayed price is USD $10 for one scan unless a different price is shown at checkout. Taxes may be added or handled by the merchant of record. There is no recurring subscription unless you separately and explicitly purchase one in the future.
6. Acceptable use
You may not bypass payment controls, automate excessive requests, interfere with the service, reverse engineer access controls, submit malicious URLs, or use results deceptively. Access may be limited or blocked to protect the service and third parties.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every website can be scanned. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from a purchased scan is limited to the amount paid for that scan.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that transaction. Cherry Comet is operated independently. Contact: hello@cherrycomet.com.
